Let It Snow

Good morning peeps, it is Friday and I am thrilled...I am off from work until January 4, we got snow yesterday(not as much as I would have like to have gotten, but we did get about 4 or 5 inches...woohoo), and I am sharing this weeks Viva la Verve card with you.  Amy has brought us this weeks fabulous sketch,  you can get all the details here.  I used the cute mitten set from Verve.  The set is called Winter Mittens, these mittens are so cute!  I used the sentiment "Let It Snow" from the set Holiday Phrases.  I paper pieced the mittens, ran them through a SU embossing folder and added SU glitter, these are so cute...I would luv to have a pair just like them!  This is also my submission the CCEE1050 Challenge to use mittens.  I stamped the gorgeous snowflake from the set Glad Tidings and cut it out and added a clear gemstone.  I used some of my favorite SU designer paper from a  couple of years ago.  And I could not leave out the stitching...hehehe....I hope your Friday is great!  I will be getting out to do a little shopping, I luv getting out in the snow....enjoy!
