winter wonderland

had to play with laurel's inspired by challenge....she is back...YAY! I am luvin this fun inspiration pic, so gorgeous....makes me want a cookie too...lol. I have used the amazing snowflake die(no longer available)from the stamp market, how do you not use this beauty on it's own...it is stunning! I sponged it with a bit of tim holtz grey ink and then covered it with glitter. The background is watercolored with a watercolor splash...put ink on a piece of acetate with water and smear it on your paper...luv the results!

I have played along with the challenge from paper crafts crew, I also used a sketch from a few weeks back! I luv'd the sketch then and didn't have time to play...fun little keeper. I used a piece of watercolor paper that I had used ken oliver color burst on..it was in my recycle pile. I pulled it out and then added a little embossing paste, the gold heart and simon says stamp handwritten sympathy sentiment. Hope you have a wonderful day!

I have used the super cute echo park floral hello die for my card...I adore this flower die! I paired it with a tag die from casual fridays called tag buddies. The sweet thanks sentiment is from the cute simon says stamp set called lots of thanks. I have used the inspiration photo from inspired by and the fun sketch from paper crafts crew, links below.
