What a fun stamp set, I adore the balloons and the confetti...such a cute display. I have colored the balloons with handmade watercolor paints. I added a couple of strips of designer paper to add to the fun color combo. I added stickles to the confetti and the balloon strings. A super fun birthday card for that special someone.
