Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge it is a something new challenge. I know most of you probably received new goodies for christmas. So let's make a card using your new things even if they have been in your stash! The design team is using products from hero arts, check out the array of stamps, dies, paper,s inks, and stencils.  Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I have used a super cute stamp and die set from hero arts called stamp and cut flowers; it is my new for this weeks challenge. The sweet flowers are so cute as is the leaves in this set. I added some stampin up wooden flower elements and hero arts clear gemtones to the center of the flowers. I hand cut the leaves to seem as if they were die cut, added the sweet thank you tag sentiment. I cannot wait to see what you create!

I have used a gorgoeus daniel smith watercolor ink for the background...I adore her vibrant inks. This color is not in the simon says stamp store, but there are some stunning colors to see here. I have used the super fun hero arts criss cross stencil to spread some wendy vechhi embossing paste. The thank you is die cut with black card stock and then I added a bit of stickles for some shine. A super CAS card, but I luv the outcome. I can't wait to see what you create this week.

I have created a watercolor splash background for my card today, using the gorgoeus colors from this weeks sunday stamps challenge....luv these bold colors together. I used a hero arts stamp set to make a thank you card, happy mail(this is a must have set if you sent out happy mail). The thank you sentiment is from simon says stamp, lots of thanks. I added clear sequins, a chipboard hearts and b&w polka dotted washi tape and twine to bring it all together. I can't wait to see what you create with this weeks colors!

I lv this blue/purple with a hint of pink...I have used a tweed hero arts stencil on the tag with hero arts ombre ink. I stamped the sentiment from a hero arts love set using ranger ink. I then added the you die cut and flower/leaves that were in my scrap pile. I luv digging around in my little scraps to find the perfect summin summin to add to my cards! Some twine and sequins pull it all together. I hope you have a wonderful rest of the week and I can't wait to see what you create!

mojo monday/mojo492-thank you

happy monday, it is a four day weekend for me coming up so it is happy week for me! I hope you have a great easter weekend planned, it is one of my favorite weekends of the year. It is a great time of year to start anew; Jesus lives and offers forgiveness..that is the best! The weather is getting warmer, diy projects are starting to take shape, and I am thinking blooms, blooms, and more blooms! My card today uses a hero arts kit from awhile back, I watercolored the background, stamped the thank you sentiment and then added the little extra sentiment to represent a bloom. Be sure to stop but the design teams blogs and see what they have created.
