I had to play with today's SCS inspiration challenge; it comes from this site...new to me...Design Seeds. I luv the colors in the photo, greens, pink, gray, and black. I have also played along with a new challenge to me called As You See it, this week it is a super fun sketch. I have used MME products and a round chipboard piece I have spritzed.  Sharing a card using the Monday Lunchtime sketch and the colors from My Mind's Eye challenge. I used the MME Tangerine paper collection, chipboard elements from Notable Love This, and the "happiness" sentiment from Memorable Note.  I added Hemp twine, a few enamel dots to the chipboard and my card is complete. I luv how easy a card comes together with all of the amazing extras MME offers. Hope you have a super Saturday, a little snow on the ground here this morning, I luv it....sparkle & shine!

I sweet CAS card to play along with Retro Sketches and the gorgeous image from Stampin Royalty. I used a Bazzil Chipboard Music Banner, I spritzed it with Mr. Huey's and added a few enamel dots. Some pink Hemp twine tied in a knot and the MME sentiment piece. Have a super weekend....sparkle & shine!

I had to play along with the first W Plus 9 challenge os the year, luv the colors and the chevron shapes. I have used the Damask Delight set and the sentiment is from the set Stickily Sentiments 2. I used the Sketchbook Saturday sketch.....TGIF.....sparkle & shine!

I am sharing my take on this weeks Mojo Monday sketch, I think I will give this to dh on Valentine's Day. I was really skeeered of this weeks Color Q colors, but I went for it and luv the results! I have used the adorable "be mine" sentiment from Verve's Valentine set Hearts Desire....and it is on SALE! I used chipboard hearts that have been sponged for my main focal point. -Sure hope you will join us for the fun this week....sparkle & shine!

Mojo Monday/MOJO327-Forever and Always

 It is Mojo Monday and I am also up on the Verve Blog sharing my take on the Smitten Diva Dare.
A went all out and made mine glittery hearts....swooon....I adore creating with hearts and glitter so this is a very happy card. I used the Verve stamp set No Matter What, I luv this set! I framed it using the Occasion Frame Die, thought the curves fit perfect with the sweet smitten theme. And, for my glittery hearts I used the Heart Quartet Die, luv the shape of these sweet hearts. The mojo sketch inspired my card and is perfect for this month's Verve Diva dare...enjoy!

 Hi, I had so much fun creating this card, I played along with lots of challenges. I was inspired by the inspiration photo...wow..do I luv the mix of patterns, textures, and the grey/white color combo! I also was inspired by Seize The Birthday, we are to use numbers, I decided to put the year on my card, great for anybody this year...sweeet! Of course, Cardabilities, what's not to luv about their sketches? aaahhhh, nothin...lol. Of course, I used a big ole' birthday sentiment from Verve, it is the Plain Jane Happy Birthday...on SALE for a $1.50!  Good morning and welcome to 2014! I have enjoyed my extra time creating, it has given me a chance to play along with the SCS challenges. Lots of people start anew in the beginning of a year, make plans and set goals; if you are one of those people I have a suggestion for you. The supporters Cards For A Cause mission at SCS send their unused or even new cards to the "cause" spotlighted each month. You can join us in the support, it is a great way to give back and help us help others. Here is the link to this month's cause.
