Good mojo Monday morning gals and guys! I am super excited to bring you this weeks sketch, it is a contest and Julee is giving away seven stamp sets, WOW......now go get your mojo on and play along! You can learn all the details on the Mojo Monday Blog. I was not sure about this sketch when I first saw it, but as I started to work on it I really liked it. I used my Janome sewing machine, it is quickly becoming one of my favorite tools. I used purple this week as one of my colors, it is a color I do not use alot. I really like it paired with the sky blue and black. These colors remind me of peace and calmness. I am sending this to a co-worker who is out of work do to an injury, not real serious. I do hope she likes the card and is lifted up.
I heat embossed the background stamp image and then took my copic BG10 and lighty went around the doodles. I stamped and cut out the flower blossom, and popped the flower and the sentiment up on pop dots. I also used black buttons at the bottom and sewed them with black cotton thread. I hope you will make time to play, you could win Verve stamps! Enjoy your Monday! be sure to check out the other mojo makers creations on the Mojo Monday Blog.
