I created this for Beate's WSC98 challenge and for Rachel's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge CIC24, I used greens and blues with a touch of brown. I wanted to use colors I don't normally use. I reach for my favorite colors most of the time so I challenged myself to use different colors. The little boat is Martha Stewart image and the sentiment is from the new Verve set called Wishing You. I paper pieced each piece of the boat, added SU certainly celery ribbon, button, and twine. I also scored up to the sentiment on the bottom base of the card, I so luv the look of scoring. I used the large SU oval punch for the Wishing You part of the sentiment. I hope you make time to play with Rachel's Cupcake Inspiration Challenge, it is quickly becoming one of my favorite challenges. You have until 9:00 pm Mountain time tonight to get your creation in to Mr Linky.
