Sunshine & Smiles

This is for today's IC222, I used the flower postcard shown here.  I also used Amber's Viva la Verve sketch from last week, you can read all about it here.
I am headed to stamp with friends but wanted to share this card because it is made with new Verve stamps, you can see them all and get yours here. I did some distressing, painted with Tim Holtz distressed paints and added embossing.  This is also for the Scripture Challenge, SCRC210  the word is Home.  I chose the scripture Proverbs 3:33, it speaks of a just home....I also want my home to be filled with sunshine and smiles!  So sorry this is a short post, I am in a hurry, luv reading your comments and thoughts...you guys are super special to me....hugs!  Enjoy your day.

  5. Fabulous distressing details! Love the layered flower with the stem from a previous set...and those tiny tags are just the cutest! Have fun stamping today...I'll be heading to work this afternoon. Yay, the sun is shining and the white stuff is disappearing.

  11. This card just speaks to me today. We have an abundance of sunshine, not a cloud in the sky, and I'm on my to see my little kids. So, I have plenty of smiles!
