Viva la Verve God is Our Refuge

Hello friends, it is Friday...woohoo!  It is time for the Viva la Verve sketch, it is designed by diva Janelle...I adore this sweet little sketch!  I have used my favorite colors"green" paired with black, so gorgeous!  I had so much fun adding some of my favorite embellies, burlap string, glitter, mini clip, seam binding ribbon, and a gemstone....sweet!  I have used the Verve Plain Jane Psalm 46:1, a great scripture verse for those tough times in our life.  It is a scripture that gives me such encouragement and it reassures me of God's great love for us!  Have a wonderful weekend...enjoy!

ooooh, loving all that green (my fave colour too) and it looks fabulous with the black and cream. Great take on the sketch. Going to have to think about this one a bit LOL!

I absolutely LOVE what you've done with this sketch, Teresa! Yes, God surely is our refuge (a safe shelter in times of trouble), and what a beautiful reminder of that. I enjoy the black and green combo, and this is just delightful! Thanks SO MUCH for sharing this in our challenge at Word Art Wednesday. I know I say it all the time, but I hope you truly know my heart and how VERY grateful I am for your participation. I appreciate it more than you can know. Have a blessed week, and rest in God (our refuge and our strength forever)!
Blessings,

Teresa, what a beautiful card and you did "real good" with the sketch. I especially liked the little clip on the heart. Thank you for sharing with us a WAW.
