I created this card for several challenges, the Sweet 'N Sassy DT Challenge, if you haven't played with those girls, you should give it a try. Every Monday they bring a new and different challenge. This weeks, I really luvd, you make a small ATC and turn it into a card. For those of you who don't know what an ATC is, it is a 2 1/2" x 3 1/2" sized card that was used at some point for artists to show there work to others without the hassle a big picture...pretty neat ugh? So, I started with the little ATC, luv them little guys. I used this beautiful Sweet 'N Sassy Digi Butterfly, if you haven't seen the digi images you gotta check them out. They are super easy to use and so much fun! I colored the butterfly with copics E47, E37, E31, and E00. Then I added the small tabs of ribbon, which brings me to my next challenge over at The Pink Elephant. The challenge this week is to use ribbons and die cuts. The main card I used the top note die and layered all the chocolate on chocolate, I know you gotta luv that. I am luvin all the chocoalte is this card, very pretty. Sweet N' Sassy Round-Up

I created this card for the Sweet N' Sassy Round Up, you can see all the other gals creations over at the Sweet N' Sassy Blog. I luv this tree and wanted to put hearts on it for Valentines Day, but most heart stamps where to big. So I took the brush end of a marker and layed it flat to make a small mark and then picked up the brush and layed it in the other direction to make a heart....so very cute! I also luv the sentiment, what a friend we have in Jesus. Jesus is the giver of love, He gave it to us and we are to give it to others. I used SU cs and dp, paper piercing down the side, added ribbon and brads. Enjoy your day and give some love away!

SNSS Monday DT Challenge #13/Mini Top Note Bag

I created this mini bag using the top die and my Sweet N' Sassy stamp set called Key To My Heart. I designed this mini bag for the SNSS DT #13 challenge, to make a Valentine treat holder. I wanted a mini bag to go with the top die, so I have came up with instructions on how to make one. Please let me know if you need further details. Here are the steps:
1. you will need a 10" x 4" piece of cs
2. a second piece of cs 11 1/4" x 2"
3. the 10" x 4" needs to be scored on the long sides at 1/2" and on the short sides at 4" and 6"
4. the 11 1/4" x 2" needs to be scored on 4" and 7"
5. fold on the scores and cut the small pieces so that the mini bag will sit up
6. add tacky tape to all of the outside of the mini bag
7. take the 11 1/4" x 2' scord piece and adhere to the tacky tape to close the mini bag closed
8. add the top die or another layer to make the outside any way you like
Also, please leave me a comment with a photo of your mini bag creation.....I would luv to see what you come up with! Enjoy making your mini top note bag. Use the keyword SNSMC13 if you upload to SCS or PCP.

The photo on the left is before the mini bag has the 11 1/4" x 4" piece of cs is adhered and the middle photo is the mini bag with the tacky tape and the photo on the right is the mini bag before you had your creations.
