inspired by - got mail?

welcoem to the second official week of inspired by, what an amazing team laurel has put together! you are gonna want to play along for sure! I was inspired by the snow and the snail mail delivery. I have used a paste embossing background and then added a few favorite elements. The heart is watercolored and it is from lil inker, the sentiment is verve, the got mail on the envelope is right at home and the flowers are reverse confetti. A super fun card to put together and it is going out to a very special friend...for realz! I can't wait to see what you create and I encourage you to send the card you make!

Right At Home One Year Celebration

I am soooo super excited to share Nicole from right at home asked me to join them for her one year celebration...YAY! Thank you Nicole, I am so happy to be able to support you and the team in such a great accomplishment! We are using her first release set, happy mail and I wanted to use my favorite color combo. I also used some of my favorite techniques, watercoloring, paste embossing, and scattered glitter...so much fun! I have also used the sweet sentiment set script greetings and the darlin heart from christmas sentiments.

July 22nd, 2015 was the date on which I released the first stamp in my Right at Home Stamps collection called Happy Mail. To this day it continues to be one of my most popular sets. To celebrate this, I'm releasing a second version of this stamp this month called Happy Mail Year 2.

hello friends, it is time for the sunday stamps challenge and this weeks we are sharing fun colors! the inspiration photo is adorable, I used a kraft tag and die cut the fushia colored circle behind. I am ready to get back to card making, creating non christmas cards. I did however you a christmas stamp fro these flowers, aren't they adorable. This is actually the poinsettia from right at home stamp set poinsettia...so very cute! I luv being able to use my stamps in other ways than what they are intended. I stamped them with simon says stamp twirling tutu ink and then used a white sharpie to create the sweeet polka dots...luv! I have also used the sketch from sweet sunday sketch, this is the last sketch for them...they are giving the sweet sunday sketch a rest, thank you Karen for the many amazing sketches you have shared! A quick card using the sweet right at home stamp set called, christmas critters. I have used tim holtz shabby shutters and twisted citron for the tree, I used a watercolor brush and messy painted it...sooo cute! I cut out stars using designeer paper and then covered a couple of them with stickles. The tag is reverse confetti and in is done is my favorite color combo. Sharing a sweet little number I created using the amazing and fun stamp set from right at home, have you heard of them? Hurry over to the blog and check out the sweet sets Nicole is designing....luv! This set is sooo fun, I stamped the christmas tree twice to give it a sketched look...I luv how it tunred out! I then watercolored it with my zig clean color markers....so fun and then stamped polka dots all over...eeeccckkkkk...I luv polka dots, they make me very happy! I then colored over the polka dots with a glitter pen(cannot find me wink of stella pen...gggrrr...I will be getting another one...*grin*) I will be using these colors a lot for christmas cards, they are our colors this year for christmas.
