You Got This!

I luv the sketch from Retro Sketches last week, so may awesome possibilities! It gives you the option to keep adding sweet layers or make it more CAS. I adore the green with the blue, a fun color combo. I used a sentiment from a Unity set, crocheted flowers(one of which I dyed to the color of my choice), washi tape, and lots of layers complete my card. More cards to share all weekend, be sure to stop back by. Also, I added some fun/gently used 6x6 paper pads to my Etsy Boutique at great prices, check them out too.....enjoy!

Believe

A quick little CAS card to share, still bringing in the New Year with lots of hopes and dreams!  I adore this quote, the stamp is a Itty Bitty from Unity.  One thing is for sure, we must believe; if we are to meet our goals...BELIEVE!  I have embossed the bottom section, added a piece of designer card stock across the top and tied with bakers twine, very sweet and simple!  Check out my Etsy Boutique, I have listed this card along with others.  I hope you are off to a great start to your year...enjoy!

Thinking of You

I have created a card just for fun, I adore the colors and this fabby sketch!  I have used a couple of sets from Unity.  I made the glittered star and added a button tied bow.  The papers are My Minds' Eye Lost & Found Two Madison Avenue Series......luv, luv, luv! A simplified card today but I did add stitching and distressing. Keeping true to the sketch I made it horizontal and not vertical.....I cannot stop making verticals lately...I prefer the look.  I hope you are having a super fun weekend.....share a smile with someone today, it will put a smile in your heart...enjoy!

Girly Friends

Happy Friday gals, I received a nice surprise from my boss yesterday after getting home...he wanted to know if I wanted today off...aahhh that would be "YES".  I am home today preparing for a craft sale that a few of my friends and I are having.  We are making room for new stuff and decided to have a sale.  I wish you lived close by..*grin*.  For today's card I used Mercy's sketch from last week, MTSC91, 411 Color Challenge, to use black and pink, and today's F4A31, to use scallops.  I ran the circle through the polka dotted embossing folder and then added stickles to the polka dots to give some glitter.  I added pom pom ribbon down the side, some sponging, and framed it all with scalloped rectangles.  I hope your day is great and your weekend is even better, thanks for stpping by and leaving such sweet comments!  Enjoy.

Blessings Ticket

Good morning all, I am so happy to being sharing my first Fall card of the year, I adore the colors of his marvelous time of year.  Holiday cards are some of my favorite to make, I started today's card by using the Clean & Simple Sketch, FTL104 and a Unity harvest set.  The sentiment in that wonderful font is the Verve set  Hello Pumpkin, which happens to be on sale...you should pick this little baby up, it is adorable!  This is also for the Treehouse Challenge,THT064; to use fall colors.  I used a mixture of designer papers that I had in my stash, the blue checkered is Reflections.  I used a button, bakers twine, and a little ticket from my stash as well.  I turned it over and stamped on the back, so cute!  I hope you have a great day, you know its is hump day only two more to go...hehehe.  I am so enjoying my week off, I have been busy creating and trying to get things ready for a yard sale.  I have tons of stamping stuff I want to sell, I do not like a lot of clutter so lots of stuff has to go.  I wish you lived near by, it is going to be some awesome deals.....enjoy the day!

Pumpkin Blessings

I created this for The Pink Elephant Challenge TPE33 which is a sketch challenge. It is also for the Cupcake Inspiration Challenge CIC26, can you believe the beauty of those cupcakes? They are gorgeous cupcake flowers, they look to good to eat....aaahhhh, maybe not; we are talking cupcakes here...lol. This is also for The Limit Supplies LSC239, which is called S.O.S. The ingredients in your card have to meet the S.O.S. requirements. My S.O.S. is S for sewing/stitching, O for the circle shape of the button, and S for the name of the stamp set Simple Blessings. I hope you have a great week and don't forget to check back in the morning when I will share the new Mojo Monday Sketch. Make time this week to encourage someone, you never know what people are going through.....enjoy!

Simple Blessings

Good morning gals, finally it is Saturday. It is a rainy, dreary day here in the Blue Ridge Mountains. I am fixin some good 'ole brown beans today...lol...you can take the girl at of the south but you sure can't take the south out of the girl....lol. I promise ya I do clean up well. Today's card is for the inspiration challenge IC199 over at SCS, I liked these little shoes so I used them for my inspiration. This is also for Mercy's Tuesday Sketch Challenge MTSC40.

I received my pumpkin stamps from Unity this week and could not wait to try them out. I got mine from the Paper Maniac, super fast shipping and wonderful service. I stamped the scroll of leaves and heat embossed it on the main panel. I stamped and heat embossed this gorgeous pumpkin and cut it out, I added a little "Blessings" tag tied with ribbon. Super simple, but yet very pretty. I hope you enjoy your Saturday and make time this weekend to create!

Thanks to all who stop by for a visit and leave such kind comments.....big hugs to you all!
