I have used the adorable chipboard tree from the my mind's eye sugar plum collection...this is the prettiest colors and patterns. I tinted the wendy vecchi embossing paste with tim holtz blueprint distress ink. I used my all time favorite stencil simon says stamp falling snow...luv! The sentiment is from concord & 9th and small pieces of scrap designer paper and twine complete my card. Trying to do better this year with creating christmas cards.

verve november retrospective hop

Welcome to our monthly Diva Inspirations Challenge and Blog Hop!

Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge is all about thanks/thanksgiving..I know I have so much to be thankful for. The design team is spotlighting products from tim holtz. Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I have used the gorgeous cone flower from the tim holtz flower set and watercolored it with prima confection pans....I have used silver twine underneath for a little added pizzazz. I added enamel dots and some glossy accents dots around. The sketch is from retro sketches and colors from the global design. All the goodies used in my card are linked below.

good day friends, here is my take on this weeks mojo monday sketch, it is the snowman from the new verve release, you can check it out here. This release has some super cute stamps, I hope you picked your up. I have used a snowfall stencil for the snow with wendy vecchi embossing paste, some stickles on the hillside and it is an adorable snow scene.

sunday stamps-give thanks

good morning, it is a gorgeous day! It is also time for another sunday stamps challenge and this week we are challenging you to the warm brown colors....I have created a a mixed media fall leaf by using the neat and tangled maple leaf die, this is an awesome die...I had to have it! I used a couple of strips of deisgner paper and the pretty lawn fawn tangerine twine. I cannot wait to see what you create...have fun!

I have created a a little watercolor splash for the back panel. I then took one of the we r memory keeps journal cards and stamped my flower stems onto it. I stamped the circle cone flower and cut it out and used popped dots to adhere. I added the sentiment, some twine, and clear sequins. i have used simon inks and simon papers, you can find the links below. I can't wait to see what you create!
