Glitz Design

Good morning Glitz girls, I have two more cards to share on gratitude and I have made these cards in all of my friend's honor.  I adore the whatnots pack for the collection Cashmere Dame, I so luv the quote on the card!

I have distressed the card, folded down the corner and added stitching, this card came together super easy and quick!  The tiny tags i have tied around the bow, have been stamped with one of the new stamp sets called Yours Truly, a cute way to embellish!

Supplies Used:
Glitz Design Stamps:  Yours Truly
Glitz Design Paper: Cashmere Dame
Glitz Design Whatnots:  Cashmere Dame

My second card is CAS and I luv it....teehehehe!  I adore the colors of this paper pack and the the design of the tape.  The new Glitz tape is what I used on the banners, so cute!

I have die cut the hearts using the Hello Friend design paper an then sponged around the edges.  I adore the stamp from the Cashmere dame set, I used the circle punch to punch it pout and then layered it with a scalloped circle punch.  I finished it with a burlap bow and a couple of cute buttons.  I hope you are inspired and ready to shop too...*grin*...you don't want to miss out on the sweet new Glitz goodies!

Have a wonderful day, be sure to sprinkle it with a little Glitz!

Merry Christmas

Good morning friend,s I am sharing my creation for this weeks Frilly & Funkie Challenge.  The challenge this week is "light in the dark", I immediately thought about the soot stamping technique.  Where you use a lighted candle to make a dark background on glossy paper and then stamp on it....it is such a cool technique!  I used a trio of tress stamp...I have no idea who is the maker or where I purchased it.  I have had them a long time.  I stamped a sentiment at the bottom but it is hard to see.  I added a thin layer of glitter all over the main circle panel, luv how this looks.  Be sure to play along with us, this is a super fun challenge!  Have a wonderful day....enjoy!

Mojo Monday/MOJO269 Thinking of You

Good morning peeps, well the long weekend has come to an end...sigh...I am very thankful to have a job, but I really do enjoy my time at home.  Well, it is circle or square week, I went with my usual circle card, I adore making these sweet little guys.  This is a fun sketch too, Julee has created it for us.  I went with the Big Blossom Nesties for the base of my card.  I added the half doily and then tickets for the long panels, a little banner for the sentiment.  Completed with a glittered butterfly that was in my stash that had not made it in previous creations and the glittered heart held on by a tiny clothespin.  I really hope you have a great day...enjoy!

Thinking of You

Hi, another quick card spotlighting today's FS303; Allison from SCS.  What a fun gallery, I used her card here to CASE.  I adore the tall skinny card and the mix of patterns, so pretty!  When I make skinny cards, they are 3 1/2 x 6, they fit perfectly in a business size envelope for mailing.  I have used lots of different patterns of paper from the Basicgrey called What's Up.  I have used the sketch from Simon Says Stamp, luv this block sketch!  Hope you have a great evening, see ya back here in the morning for this weeks Mojo Monday Sketch and card....enjoy!

Winter Wishes

Another quick CAS card, I have used the sketch from Sketch Frenzy and played along with the Less is More Challenge; to use glitter.  I have used the sweet paper from American Crafts, embossed the white panels and stamped a snowflake from the SU glimmer paper.  I am itching to make a shabby chic card after all of these CAS cards.  These style of cards make it easier for making Christmas cards,  I can spend lots of time making all of my Christmas cards shabby/chic.  That is all from me for now....I will be sharing more soon though...enjoy!

Peace

I have been creating some CAS cards lately, I like the look when others create them but do not like it as well when I do...lol.  I thought I would create some CAS cards for Christmas so that it goes a little quicker.  I had fun, but I am looking at this thinking it is missing something.  I did play along with a few challenges to add to the fun.  The inspiration photo from the JUGS blog is gorgeous, it just speaks "peace" to me.  The sweet peace stamp is from Verve, I adore the handwritten font; it is Joyous Noel.  Hope you have a great evening...enjoy!
