It is still so very cool here in my part of Virginia....brrrr...a great day for creating and a bowl of chili! I have so many challenges I want to play in, a few are listed below! Happy New Year everyone! I am in the mood for love/heart cards.....teehehehehe....I enjoy making heart cards very much. I had fun with this card using the Crate Paper Kiss Kiss embellishments, there are sooo many options in this package...luv! All of the goodies on my card came from the pack, the "sweet stuff" sentiment is from a My Mind's Eye alpha set I had from last year. I played along with the Lunchtime Monday Sketch.

hi and happy weekend before Christmas, I am playing along with the Monday Lunchtime Sketch and today's SCS IC472. Today's IC472 is a packaging board from Pinterest...total luv...I am such a dupe when it comes to packaging, gets me every time! I was inspired by the tea cans below, my colors for sure. I used a mix of the patterns with my patterned paper and a lot of bling, luv those silver tins! I had to break away from cooking to use the awesome sketch from Lunchtime Monday Sketch, I luv this weeks sketch...a keeper for sure! Wishing everyone a very Happy Thanksgiving, I know I am super thankful! I am keeping this short and sweet, still have cooking to finish up. I have used gorgeous paper flowers from Prima, I wanted them to take cneter stage. I must tell ya, I ordered two different packages of these flowers here and here; they are both stunning......I am finding myself wanting to reach for them every time I make a card..I luv'em! I also bought these leaves to add with the, I used a "thinking of you" sentiment from the Simon Says Stamp set Sending Happy Thoughts.  I cannot wait ot see what you create this week....sparkle & shine!

A super fun card using the gorgeous sketch from Monday Lunchtime Sketch and the amazing colors from the Color Throwdown. I had such fun with this card, I used a Tim Holtz stemcil and white embossing paste....my new found luv...teehehehe. It is a super simple way to add texture, depth, and savvy goodness! I have used some bloomers from my stash, sweet twine, and enamel dots....so sweeeet! Sure hope you have an awesome day...sparkle & shine!

I have played along with the Lunchtime Monday sketch and with the Stampin Royalty inspiration photo. This is also for this month's Cards For A Cause OPTIONAL Challenge, if you have lots of cards that need a new home, join us here...we would luv to have you! The stamp set is one of my favorites from Simon Says Stamp, Absolutely Delightful. I am luvin using the Wendy Vecchi Embossing Paste, it is so much fun! I have used the crackled paste and stenciled the diamonds and then sponged black distressing ink over it...such a fun look! Perfect Day.

I am playing along with the Monday Lunchtime sketch and using some fun stuff from My Mind's Eye, Record It! collection. I adore the polka dotted ampersand sticker...I was hoarding it...tehehehe. I decided to add it with the sweet bird banner, glittered star, and the sentiment "perfect day"...all are perfect to me. Some hemp cord, sequins, and of course my beloved distressing finish my card. Sure hope you have a super fabby day....sparkle & shine!

Just Believe

I used a large felt heart for my main focus of the card, sticking with a literal interpretation of the sketch. I did spritz it with Mr Huey's spritz, added a few gems. I used the sentiment from W Plus 9  stamp set Sweet Nothings. I hope you have a super day....sparkle & shine!
