Mojo Monday/MOJO291-Hello

Good morning Mojo fans, it is circle or square week at the Mojo Monday blog, we luv circle square week, don't you?  I have made sweet circle cards most of these weeks, they are soooo darlin.  A perfect card to tuck in someones lunch bag, briefcase, and jacket before the start of their day.  I have used rolled flowers and a sweet "hello" sentiment.  I also played along with the Color Throwdown colors.  Be sure to check out the Verve sale, it ends the end of this month.

I've come to believe that all my past failure and frustration were actually laying the foundation for the understandings that have created the new level of living I now enjoy.

Mojo Monday/MOJO290- Sorry For Your Loss

Good morning, it is time for this weeks Mojo Monday sketch, it was a lot of fun...I used my crimper...yeah...lol.  I luv my crimper, but do not use it near enough, I thought the top panel would look great crimped, so I crimped and added the sentiment on top.  I have used the Dynamic Duos color combo, luv black and gray together....very elegant.  I have used a Verve sympathy sentiment from the set Making A Statement.  Although I do not need one at the moment, I have a stash of cards I like to keep stocked up and my sympathy section was lacking.  I hope you have a super fabulous day, we are counting the days to bringing Lexi home, it has seemed like a very long wait....sigh....13 more days...woohoo!  Have a super day...enjoy!

Glitz-4 YOU

Good morning Glitz fans, we are creating tags on our projects; I luv tags, don't you?  I just luv making these sweet little gems, and adding it to your card is a great way to use them.

I have used one of the peek-a-boos from the Love You Madly collection, these are so fun.  I made it my focal point and added a corrugated number splatter with some paint.  I cut it using a PTI shape, I luv making tags in a non traditional shape. I had to use some of my favorite girly embellies, lace trim and seam binding!

Supplies Used:
Glitz Designer Paper: Uncharted Waters
Glitz Peek-a-Boo: Love You Madly
Glitz Giant Rhinestones: Love You Madly

For my second card, I went with lots of colors, not my norm; but hey it is fun to step out every now and then. I used lots of the Color Me Happy papers and cut out the pieces I want to use to make my tag.

I made a sweet little tag, added a sentiment and a heart; it is mostly papers from the Color Me Happy collection.  I added a wide piece of lace and a bow, but mainly wanted to use the papers; they do make ya happy!

I hope that I inspired you today to create something fun with tags, enjoy!

Have a wonderful day, be sure to sprinkle it with a little Glitz!

Waltzingmouse Preview-My Kind of Guy

Hello peeps, it is time to preview the new stamps that will release this week at Waltzingmouse. Today we are showing the set My Kind of Guy, such a great masculine set.  Masculine cards are very hard for me, there is no room for bling and lace...*grin*.  I tend to keep my cards a lot more simpler when creating cards for the men in my life.  I have used kraft, green, brown and of course burlap string.  I adore the hat/mustache image....my favorite of all the mustache images!
