Mojo Monday Sketch-Blessings

Good morning, we are back into the swing of things with mojo Monday's, I am thrilled...I hope you are too! This week it is circle or sqaure, I went with the fun circle card.....I do luv them both, but the circle cards are sooooo adorable when finished. I use the largest Spellbinders scalloped circle for the base, they fit perfectly into a 4 1/2 x 4 1/2 square envelope. Here are my instructions for making a circle card, I have given the instructions for a full circle using adhesive and for the circle card not using adhesive....I prefer the full circle with adhesive. I have went with a fall theme, it has been warmer this week not as much like fall as several days ago....I am waiting for the gorgeous changes fall brings! I have used the colors from CR84FN challenge. The sentiment is from the Verve set Hello Pumpkin and the tiny leaves are from the Lil' Inker Acorn Die. All of the Autumn Verve Stamps are on sale, check it out! Also, be sure to check out the NEW Lil' Inker Store front and a sale that Laura is offering! I hope your week is starting out great...here is a little something to ponder today..... enjoy!

Waltzingmouse Sketch/WMSC66-Hugs

It is the weekend girls, I hope yours is filled with great plans.......I am super busy. I am sharing today's Waltzingmouse sketch, I made mine an A2 card and added the circle sketch to the center. I used the scroll from the set Very Vintage Labels No.18 I adore the look of it just on one side, I added designer paper and stitching to the other part. I used a doily behind the circle and distressing....I also added sponging. The sentiment tag is a sentiment from the Say It Loud set, the tag was stamped, sponged and then curled to give more depth. I finished my card with a crinkled ribbon bow and the Melissa Frances glittered flower. I added the pink button for a little contrast. Be sure to head over to the Waltzingmouse blog and check out the mischief makers designs, these girls are amazing....enjoy!

Mojo Monday Sketch-Give Unto Them
Good morning mojo fans, how have you been? It was a nice break but I sure did miss my mojo Monday card and all of your creations.....I look forward to Monday's because of mojo...teeehehehe. I made this card for a neighbor family who went through an unimaginable death...my heart just broke for them. This is one of my favorite Verve Plain Janes, it is Isiah 61:3.
I layered the sentiment over a sponged doily and a scripture book page. I added distressing, stitching, and a rosette flower made with the Tim Holtz die, I luv this die.....it makes making these rosettes so simple. I am so glad to be back playing with the mojo sketch, I bet you are too; can't wait to see what you create. Have a super day...enjoy!

Verve Get Your Diva On-Monochromatic
Hi friends, I am sharing my take on Sankari's Get Your Diva On Challenge to use monochromatic colors, I have used green...my favorite color. Be sure to checkout the details of the challenge; it is a great prize....you wanna know what? A guest spot working with Verve Stamps, Julee and the divas; how cool is that? You have until this Sunday to link up your creation. I have used a bird tag image for my focal point, you can get these amazing cards/tags here. I have added the sweet little tag sentiment using Verve stamps and dies. I used the new postage dies from Spellbinders and my beloved glass glitter, stitching, and distressing complete my card. I have played along with several challenges listed below. I hope you are gearing up for a fabulous weekend, it is suppose to be in the 40's here tonight and tomorrow.....aaaahhhh, I luv this time of year! I found this quote about autumn I want to share.
"Autumn is the mellower season, and what we lose in flowers we more than gain in fruits."

Birthday Wishes
Happy weekend, I have had a busy one....shopping yesterday, motorcycle riding today, and tomorrow will be busy as well...church and another motorcycle ride.....all fun stuff though! I am sharing a card I made for the SFYYT, Patties Creations; girlie challenge, and I also used the colors from Color Q. Although they did not turn out as purple as I intended. The MME polka dotted paper does look like rich razzleberry but after I tied the ribbon and added the flower not so much. I have used a sweet pre printed tag and added a birthday sentiment from Verve. I hope you have a had a great weekend and was doing something that you have fun doing..enjoy!
