Hope You Day Is Fabulous!

I am thrilled to tell you it is snowing again in Virginia, we have only gotten about 10 inches this time. It is so very beautiful. My card is the only thing that looks like spring around here, I adore this flower from PTI. I used the colors from Stacey's Curtain Call Color Challenge, #14. I do not use much purple so I used what colors I had that best match. I also used the Crazy 4 Challenges sketch from a couple of weeks ago and the challenge this week is to use lollipops, C4C22. Well, I do not have any lollipops either so I used this big circle flower that reminds me of a lollipop. I hope you are inspired to play along with these fun challenges. Have a wonderful day! Enjoy!

Stamps: PTI Blooming Button Bits and Verve Bountiful Backgrounds
Paper: Bazzil and American Craft Designer Paper
Ink: Versamagic Sea Breeze and Spring Pansy
Accessories: Janome, SU Square Punch, Ribbon, Button, Linen Thread, Stickles, and Glue Dots

This is for Karen's sketch from last week Sweet Sunday Sketch, SSSC53. For the Frosted Designs Challenge to use embossing, and for The Pink Elephant Challenge, TPE51 to use polka dots, a bow, and the color pink. This is also for today's IC217, I chose the cute little wallet in the photo. I used the stitching, embossing, and distressing to complete my pink polka dotted card. I also wanted to share that my card shown here was chosen over at OCC and I was named featured designer. Thank you so much to the OCC gals and if you haven't played along with them, I hope you will make time, this weeks challenge is about music. Enjoy!

  1. What? No snowman card? You're lovin' this snow and I'm wishing it was GREEN grass I was seeing out my window - lol! Love your flower with the fun colors in the striped DP! Stay warm...church is canceled tomorrow so guess that means some extra stamping time.

  3. Another beautiful pair of cards, Teresa! Love your lollipop inspired flower and those hint of purple..you amaze me with that stitching:) I keep telling myself to get the sewing machine out, but it seems like such a chore. Is your machine out all the time or do you get it out only when needed? Thanks so much for playing the Curtain Call and enjoy the snow!
