Stampers Dream-Happy Birthday To You

Hello friends....it has been a long time....I am back from CHA and have pictures to share, but they will not be for another day or two.  I caught the nastiest bug I have ever had in my whole life.....I am not one to get sick much or stay sick, but I have been down for the count since Wednesday.  I feel like I lost three days of my life...lol......I sure hope none of the gals that where at CHA get what I had.  I am feeling a little better but still not back to myself.  I was able to pull myself together long enough to make a card using the new JutsRite set; Birthday Celebration.   I got to meet the lovely Michelle Rodger at CHA and she is back and has added some new stuff to the Stampers Dream Store, this JustRite set is one of the new things she added.  I stamped the flower like image and cut it out, luv how it looks like a flower, don't you?  I colored it with copics and added my favorite glass glitter to the edges....such a sweet look.  The sentiment reads "Happy Birthday To You".  I finished my card with ric rac trim, bakers twine, and stick pins from Jenni Bowlin.  The papers are from Basicgrey collection called Marjoliane....so soft and pretty!  I used Jen's SFYTT and I played along with the gals from The EtsyInspired Challenge, I used the cute headband as my inspiration.

  1. Girl...you had me worried when your blog stayed unattended for so long! I'm so glad you're feeling better...have been praying you'll knock this nasty bug really quickly! Your card is beautiful and I'm anxious to hear all about CHA! I saw Michelle had some pics on her blog.

  2. Oh, I'm sorry you've been sick. I'm glad you're feeling better, but I'm sure it's been a long road back to feeling good. There is nothing worse than feeling poorly. :(

This card is gorgeous. Love the colors and this us the second time I've seen this paper in the last few days. That's a sign that I need to buy it!
