Speedy Recovery

I am in need of manly thinking of you/get well cards, so you may being seeing more in the next couple of posts....lol.  The one thing about a card for a man is that you don't have to worry about the lace or the bling...lol.  I like keeping manly cards more on the CAS style, this one today can go for anyone though.  The sketch from Mary Jo challenge this week is perfect for a manly CAS card.  I used various scraps to bring it all together and tied it with burlap string.  I harshly stroked the cardboard bird with acrylic paint.  The sentiment reads "wishing you a speedy recovery", it is a retired set from Verve.  If you haven't seen this wonderful blog that has lots of challenges in one place, check it out here....I am playing along with some I have never even heard of....woohoo.  Happy day....enjoy!
