Good morning my creating friends, I am so thrilled with today's card....teehehehe. Isn't it funny how some cards just "do it" for ya, this is that card for me. Perhaps it is because I did some things I do not usually do; leaving the stitching on my fabric hearts messy is a big one! I would have normally tried to make it perfect to the outside, I let it all hang out on this one...lol. The challenge today at the Frilly & Funkie Blog, is to use texture(luv that) and fabric(luv that too). I added my favorite lace once again, ribbon and a button, the tiny clothespin, so sweet! I will tell ya another secret on the tiny clothespin....I wanted it to be further down than it would have been if I had just clipped it on the heart....soooooo I took the clothespin apart, only used half of it, and glued it down where I wanted it...perfect! Be sure to check out the challenge details over at the Frilly & Funkie Blog and do join us in the fun! Hope your hump day is great...enjoy!

Frilly & Funkie: texture and fabric
Pile It On: make your own embellies/made the sweet hearts
Sketchbook Saturday: sketch
Hello Teresa, Lovely ... I like all the textures and fabrics used - the cool aqua and hot red accents are fab. I am the worst at using my sewing machine - can't get a straight line no matter how hard I try so it is reassuring to see that it really doesn't have to matter :) Elizabeth
