Merry Christmas

I created this for today's Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge, you can see all the Sugar Babies fabulous creations here. Be sure to play along this week, you could win $10 in free digi images from Sweet 'N Sasssy. This weeks sketch comes with a spin, you are to use something recycled. The buttons I used where in my stash of buttons I save from clothing that you buy that comes with an extra button. I am not sure why I haven't put them with all my other buttons, duh; I may need them for my clothes one day. I used the new release Sweet 'N Sassy Digi called O Christmas Tree, this has got to be the cutest tree ever, I adore those Charlie Brown trees. Makes my heart skip a beat...hehehehe. I used prism card stock, of course. Basicgrey Nook and Pantry dp, that I heavily distressed and added a little stitching. I colored with copics and there you have it, my take of this weeks Sweet Stop Sketch with a spin of recycling. Enjoy your Saturday, I am getting together with girlfriends to scrapbook all day!

I created this for the Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge, be sure to head over and check out the Sugar Babies creations. Good morning all, I hope that you are ready for today and do try and get some R&R. I have brought to you today's Sweet Stop Sketch paired with today's IC197, I choose the PJ's in the photo. The image is from Sweet 'N Sassy's digi collection and it is called Pick of The Harvest, you can check them out here. I colored her with copics and sponged the circle. I used my Janome to add a little sewing, added a clip with a piece of ribbon, and punched out the sentiment and aded a few stictches. Penguin Christmas

I created this for today's Sweet Stop Sketch, this week there is a spin; a spin of Christmas. So dust off those Christmas stamps and let's start on our Christmas cards. I used the penguin digi from Sweet 'N Sassy, to learn how to get yours go here. I colored him with copics and then paper pieced the scarf, yes you can paper piece with digi's. I print my image on patterened paper and cut it out just like stamping, easy peasy! My card is very simple, I added sewing, a few kaiser Craft Pearls, and the SU HPH with the sentiment. I chose to use one of the Christmas digi's that you can receive free, to learn how to get yours free go here. I colored the image with my copics and used my Janome to sew the bottom panel. I also distressed around the edges and added a strip of olive ribbon. I punched out the sentiment with SU oval punches. Polar Bear Christmas

I created this for today's TLC227, to use faux burnt edges on your creation, I luv doing this with Christmas creations. This also for the OCC sketch.

I used the Polar Bear Digi, to learn how to get yours go here. I distressed the edges and then used different browns and finally black ink to get the burnt look, I luv it! I colored the image with copics, added a few Kaiser Craft pearls, ribbon, and oh yeah, I got me new score pal today so I decided to score some lines on the Prism Crabapple paper. All the papers are Prism. I hope you like it and enjoy your evening!

I created this for this past Saturdays Sweet Stop Sketch Challenge, if you luv sketches you gotta check out the Sweet Stop Blog and play along with us girls. Korin has come up with a fabulous sketch to get your creativity juices flowing. I used the Sweet 'N Sassy digi cupcake image. I so luv this dp, it is SU sweet slumber and it has a fabulous texture. I use Tim Holtz distressed stickles for the candy toppings on the cupcake, big red brads for the top panel, and su riding hood red ribbon. Welcome To Our Family Room

This is for todays LSC217 over at SCS. Todays limited supply challenge was to use colors from a room in your house. I chose our family room/my stampin space, the colors are chocolate, mustard/cream, and moss green/sage. I used the Thanks A Bunch digi image from Sweet 'N Sassy and colored it with my copics. Korin and Janette from SNSS try to help me with my copic coloring on our retreat last weekend. I have come to the conclusion that it takes lots of practice, at least for me it will takes lots of practice. I hope you have time to play along.

New Digi Image---Flower Vase

I created this for todays CAS10 over at SCS, this challenge is sooo fun, I luv it! Today we are to use monochromatic colors, I chose browns. I am also sooo excited about this new digi flower vase image from Sweet 'N Sassy, it is called Thanks A Bunch, you can see this one and all the digis here. I colored it with copics and added the extra dots to the vase. I luv the circle sentiment that comes with it, soooo adorable. I am also very excited to tell you that I we be traveling to PA this Thursday to meet Korin and a couple of the other DT from SNSS. We are going to have sooo much fun and I will be sure to take plenty of photos to share when I return. I will not be home until Sunday. Enjoy your day!

Triple The Fun

I created this for todays LSC215 over at SCS, we are to triple everything. I tripled the layers, tripled the brads, and used thress colors.....wild wassabi, pink pirouettte, and white. This is also the new digi from Sweet N Sassy Stamps, I luv it. The cupcake is perfect and you can make it any size you want.....the one thing that makes digi images soooo fun. Hoppy Spring!

I am so very hoppy now, I have had problems with my photo enhancing. It has been driving me crazy. I am not at all "hoppy" with my creation I am sharing today. I have not been able to concentrate on anything but my computer these last couple of days. Isn't it funny how the computer and its programs are so vital to us, when did that happen? lol I will be able to bring you better cards this weekend. I did want to share the Sweet 'N Sassy digi image, Flip the Frog, he is adorable. Also I wanted to tell you the SNSS released new sets last night at the release party, we had a blast in the chat room. My card is for the challenges SNSS are having for the new release, I hope you can play along there is the chance of winning free SNSS stamps, now that is worth making a card for, don't ya think? This is for the sketch challenge here. This is more of the fabulous ribbon I received from Brandi at The Little Ribbon Shop. I created this card using the brand new digi images from Sweet 'N Sassy, they where made available today check them out here. I am luvin Flip the Frog, I combined a couple of challenges in this one. I have to use my time wisely; I wish my forty hour week job was to create cards all week....lol....don't you wish that for yourself? This is aslo for The Pink Elephant Challenge #6, to use buttons. I used my SU corduroy kiwi kiss buttons and added ultra mini brads to the centers. It is also for todays SCS WT210, to use stickers. I used basicgrey letters and number stickers for the sentiement. I simply designed the inside of the card, I luv to do this too, I always create the inside if I used a dark card base. I created this for todays CC210 at SCS. You are to use summer sun, riding hood red, kraft, and black. I do not have summer sun, so I used so safron instead. I will be ordering summer sun my next order. This is really a great combo if you work with it and find the right images and papers. It is one of those combos that won't work with just any stamps or papers. This is also for Taylors Cupcake Sketch, TECC59 Check out her blog and play along. I used a Sweet 'N Sassy digi image, these are so afforable and so easy to use. Now, I will be the first to tell you that I will always luv my ink and rubbah, but the digi images are also awesome.
