hi friends, this is my last week playing with the gals from crazy 4 challenges, I hope you will join them in the months to come for a great challenge! I created a thank you card as my way of thanking the gals from crazy 4 challenges for having me this month! This altenew set, beautiful day is soooo amazing....I luv the look of the two step stamping, it looks as if it has been painted...stunning! I kept my card CAS, I wanted the gorgeous flower to shine. Some gems and ink splatter...eeeccck... some of my favorite ways to embellish bring my card together! Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

I have watercolored the right side of of card and then stamped the stampendous cluster over top, I then painted in the picked raspberry ink with a paint brush to the inside...I luv the look. I went back with a couple of sequins to the centers. The black and white stripped pattern is washi tape and the blue plaid is a mft designer paper pack. Have a fabulous week!

hey friends, it is time for the mojo monday sketch, Julee has created this weeks sketch. It is a circle or square sketch, but of course I kept mine a2 and used the circle sketch on top...luv the outcome! I have also played along with the colors from the color throwdown, one of my all time favorite color combos! I have used the sentiment set from verve called buttons best. I have added some pretty sequins and I watercolored the background. The felt flower is on old su flowers, been pulling them out lately.

sunday stamps-happy birthday

hi friends, it has been two very trying weeks for me and the hubs...we have been caring for his mother after surgery. All is well now, thank you Lord! So I needed a little creating therapy but stayed very CAS with my card. I used the new simon says stamp release my favorite, the stamp set is cuddly critters. I cannot wait to see what you so with this weeks colors, be sure to check out the design teams blogs for more inspiration.

hi friends it is time for this weeks crazy 4 challenges spring flower challenge....I hope you will play along with us! I have used the adorable tiny daisy set from altenew...I luv this adorable set. I created a watercolored grey background and then two step stamped the flower over top, then I added a little black ink splatter and the bold tag sentiment. I luv using the addition of black, I think it gives a rich look. I can't wait to see what you create, have a super weekend!

This week we are making it girly at Simon Says Stamp Wednesday Challenge. I am all about girly, that means, glitter, shimmer, shine, flowers, pink and of course a little black accent...nothing says girly more to me than a little "black tie".

I needed a card for a wedding shower and thought this weeks challenge was perfect, so I went with a girly love card. I used pink distressed ink and added a little embossing using a hero arts stencil...have you checked out all the stencils choices hero arts offered.....lots and lots! I am luvin hero arts love stamp sets, I have used two different sets for this card. A little black accent twine and a few clear gems make it girly for sure!

WOW....I am so excited to be guesting for the challenge this week....check out the gorgeous inspiration photo we are workng with. Two of my favorite things, color and hearts....eeeccckkk. I decided to watercolor a variety of hearts in roygbiv colors and of course I added a few clear gemstones and placed them randomly on the card. The stitched heart dies are lil'inker....soooo sweet! The sentiment and twine complete my card. I cannot wait to see what you create.

hello and welcome, we are sharing a fun little sketch with you this week over at the mojo monday blog...sure hope you will play along with us. I have watercolored some bold black stripes...have I told you lately how much I am luvin b&w stripes....eeeccckkkk..that is of course if I am not wearing them....teehehehe. I do need to get me a fun little b&w number of some kind, shirt or so e sweet big legged pants....eeeeccckkk. I have used the scripture sentiment from the verve set, let it be. Have a super fun week.....it is getting warmer here in VA...go thrilled. I cannot wait to get my flowers and hanging baskets up.

hello friends, it has been a very trying week and I am ready to share a sweet sketch with you for this weeks crazy 4 challenges. I am guesting for them this month and have had a blast playing along...sure hope you will join in the fun! I have used the sweet hello sentiment from neat & tangled, I am luvin this adorable versatile set....painted hello and the sweet hello die...so very cute! The big ole' butterfly is lil' inker and I used distress ink and added stickles. And, I had to add a few ink splatters...so luv the look! Hope you have a wonderful weekend and create something using the sketch this week!

ok, let's get right to it...I am luvin these notecards by lawn fawn...I mean seriously...they are super duper cute and make the perfect polka dotted background for a sweet set of notecards. The size makes them FAB, 3.5" x 4 7/8" (4-Bar size) and you can get the envies too. I am planning on giving these away to a friend, super cute gift! Go pick up your lawn fawn notecards now...I know I will be ordering lots more. The black and white twine is lawn fawn too...I am luvin the lawn fawn trims also. mojo monday/mojo443-life....be amazing!

good morning it is time for another amazing mojo monday sketch....the mojo sketches are dabomb! I luv working with them and I hope you do too. This week I used the sweet verve cut above starry dies....these are adorable! I cut them out with watercolor paper and added tim holtz distress ink to them, I adore the look of watercolor paper...it is all about the texture for me....*grin*. The life and "be amazing" sentiments are stickers, I really like using stickers too; makes it quick and easy to create a card.
