Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge, we are creating a card for a child this week. The design team is using products from neat & tangled.  The children's challenge is going on too, you can read more about it here! I have created a fun little card using a big ole polka dotted stencil from neat & tangled and the super cute bug hugs die cut! I couple of glittery hearts, and a few extra embellishments make this a super fun card. I used a color combo that I would not normally reach for, trying to keep it fun for a child. I am playing along with the neat & tangled gold and silver challenge and I luv the outcome. I also adore this stamp and die set from neat & tangled, it is called scandinavian prints christmas. This sentiment says it all; at christmas time and the rest of the year too. I have used the finetec gold watercolors. Some gold splatters using the tim holtz splatter brush...luv this brush! Some may arts silver twine, a piece of silver washi, gold gems, and a gold paper clip bring my card together but still it is CAS, luv this!

sunday stamps-give thanks

good morning, it is a gorgeous day! It is also time for another sunday stamps challenge and this week we are challenging you to the warm brown colors....I have created a a mixed media fall leaf by using the neat and tangled maple leaf die, this is an awesome die...I had to have it! I used a couple of strips of deisgner paper and the pretty lawn fawn tangerine twine. I cannot wait to see what you create...have fun!

big hugs

A super fun and easy card for a couple of challenges, luv the big hugs die from neat and tangled..so cute. I have used the colors from the color throwdown. I cut the die and then cut the die using fun foam and layered it...fun foam makes it super easy to layer with intricate details. I also played along with the casology, super CAS...I hope this fits the challenge.

cozy christmas

playing along with the scs cas challenge, three trees challenge, and the sketch and scrap world card making month celebration. I have used the totally adorable stamp set from neat and tangled called winter wishes, such a cute set and perfect for the three trees challenge. A lightly colored watercolor splash background using prima marking confections...I luv these watercolors! The simon says stamp falling snow stencil and wendy vecchi embossing paste create the falling snow, so cute! Another simple and cute chrsitmas card for the stash!

I had to play along with the stampin royalty inspiration photo, I was drawn to those soft peachy/ink tulips.....stunning, tulips are a favorite of mine! Although my flowers are not the same color, I watercolored them lightly...I have used another favorite stamp set from simon says stamp, floral shapes and dies. I luv how the flowers looked bunched together in a cluster...a stunning arrangement, I added a few clear pretty pink posh sequins to the center. The "be kind" sentiment is from one of my favorite neat and tangled sets, kindness matters. I used the prima watercolor pans, they come in an adorable tin for ease of use...I luv these paints!

hello friends, it has been a very trying week and I am ready to share a sweet sketch with you for this weeks crazy 4 challenges. I am guesting for them this month and have had a blast playing along...sure hope you will join in the fun! I have used the sweet hello sentiment from neat & tangled, I am luvin this adorable versatile set....painted hello and the sweet hello die...so very cute! The big ole' butterfly is lil' inker and I used distress ink and added stickles. And, I had to add a few ink splatters...so luv the look! Hope you have a wonderful weekend and create something using the sketch this week!

hello friends, I am luvin b&w stripes lately....the stripes used here is washi tape by scotch.....I picked it up at target....my favorite store...it is gawgeous! I have played along with a couple of challenges, listed below. The watercolor splotch is a mix of tim holtz distress inks, tumbled glass and shabby shutters. I have used a sweet sentiment set from neat & tangled called hello there...check out there fun stamps! I have used several black gemstones, super fun card to create. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine, kindness!
