Happy New Years Eve...LOVE LIFE! I luv the new Lost & Found Record It Antique collection and I also luv, luv, luv the Heirloom collection...they are both so gorgeous! I have used the Antique collection for this card, so luv the glittered ampersand. I also used the SU envelope punch to make the edge of my card look like a file folder...luv this! I can then add a gorgeous piece of patterned paper to peek through....sweeeet! I hope you have made big plans for 2014, I know I am excited and ready for great things! I am thinking big(I hope not my waistline...lol)...just living life to the fullest each and everyday...LOVE LIFE......enjoy!

This is a card for the Fusion challenge and for today's Hope You Can Cling to challenge, Peace and Quiet; no sentiment. I must say this was very hard for me, no sentiment...eecckkk....but I did it! I have used a gorgeous shabby/vintage tag from this Etsy shop Creative Visions for my focal point. I added the pink random pieces sticking out to resemble the packages on the card...fun!  I was thrilled to see that The Shabby Tea Room had a sketch for this weeks challenge, you know I luv a good sketch! But, I must also say; I am used to a fabby inspiration image when I visit TSTR, so I went to none other than Pinterest to find myself one. I adore the mint, peach, and gray together and of course the polka dots...swoooon. I was ready to start creating....fun! I used the sentiment stamp from Verve newly released stamp set Poppy Birthday. I luv this sentiment because it can be used for so many occasions, not just birthday. Hope your day is grand....enjoy!

Hi friends, I have had a busy week along with also been dealing with allergies like never before. I have gotten meds so I hope to be back to normal very soon...yeah! I have missed stamping this past week, was looking forward to it this weekend. Keep checking back I plan on having lots to share. I wanted to use the amazing sketch from Cardabilites and the sweet Inspiration photo from Moxie Fab, a perfect combo! I was inpsired by the peach flower and the teeth on the comb, I used banners to replicate. Hope your weekend is gorgeous, it was a breathtaking day in my area today...wow! I had to play along with My Craft Spot, I totally adore these colors....they are so me...lol. Of course I went through my designer paper stash and started pulling all sorts of gorgeous designs out. I added a paper flower and some canvas flowers that I inked up. An older MME sticker sentiment, that is perfect for these colors...delightful A seam binding bow, some distressing, curled corners and this card is complete. Hope you have a super weekend...enjoy!

I had to play along with Cardabilities, luv the sketches they share! I went with a square card keeping true to the sketch, so sweet, luv how it turned out. I used a butterfly, tulle, lace, hair pins, and a button, The adorable sentiment is from W Plus 9 stamp set Sweet Nothings; luv the script on this set! I cannot seem to get the Viva la Verve card created in time to get them to my divas sistahs, Janelle has created this awesome sketch with endless possibilities. Mojo Monday/MOJO302-July Diva Dare Tattered Pages

Hello friends, my card is using today;s Mojo Monday sketch and it is my turn to answer the July Verve Diva Dare, Tattered Pages. The title alone inspires me to create....teehehehe. Julee (Poetic Artistry) and myself (Paperie Blooms)are the spotlight divas this month! Julee has created countless, uplifting sentiments which have become one of Verve's trademarks, and if you follow my blog you know I luv distressing and "shabbiness" on my cards.  So head over to the Verve Blog to get all the details! I went all out on the shabby/distressing element of my card, totally luv this look! I layered, tore, scrunched, and curled my card to the perfect shabby look. I luv that Julee creates scripture stamps and what is more uplifting than scripture? I reached for the Plain Jane Psalm 37:4, I stamped it and then cut it out using the Classy Label Die by Verve. I added a Wavy Heart Die by Verve to the left corner. The positive scripture and all the shabby goodness complete the dare for me this month! I look forward to how you answer this month's Tattered Pages Verve Diva Dare!

I am late for The Shabby Tea Challenge, but made the Cardabilities in time. I adore the inspiration photo, the ruffles are gorgeous. I ruffled my paper on the bottom banner, cute! I also luv the color combo too, pink and green; what's not to luv? I have used the Verve sympathy sentiment from the set Treasured Words. I have sued the Friday MashUP sketch and the Brick Wall Technique, what a fun combined challenge. The image is a pre printed card I had on hand, I have added a bit of lace trim, a ribbon with a couple of pins, and the heart/tag combo. I used the Shabby Tea Room gorgeous cupcake photo for inspiration. The Birthday sentiment is a stamp set from Avery Elle. Have a fabulous evening...enjoy!

Hello friends, I have found another sketch challenge, you know I can sniff them out...lol.  I adore this sketch and had such fun creating this card.  The sketch is from Paper Secrets, thansk gals for a fun challenge! I am sharing a card I created to play along with the gals from Dynamic Duos, I adore this color combo.  I have used the De'sire Gun Metal embossing folder, covered with gesso, and then sanded. I really luv the way it turned out.  Of course I added all sorts of hearts, a stapled tab, lace trim, washi tape and a big 'ole button. The sentiment is from Verve, it is from the set Let It Be. A very quick post to share a couple of cards I created to play along with a few sketches. I have been wanting to play with Cards In Envy, because it is more CAS and I like a challenge...lol.  I do prefer my shabby/chic fussy cards, but wanted to play along.  The top card is my favorite and I used one of the tags I purchased from one of my all time favorite Etsy Shops, Creative Visions.....luv here work!  She has some amazing Americana tags, I could reach for one of her tags every time I create!
