I kept my card cas because this little elphant is soooooo sweeet! I am luvin how cute he is.....eeeccckkk. i sponged the background with tim holtz distress ink and then I stamped the little ellie on watercolor paper and colored him n with the prima watercolor inks....totally luv these inks. They come in an adorable tin and I created color swatches for the lids. You can see photos of the inks on my ig, 2klines. A simple "dream big" sentiment in the corner with a few pretty pink posh sequins just makes me squuuuueal.

I had so much for with this weeks mojo monday sketch, putting my own twist on the sketch....which I do quite often...that is the fun of sketches! I was inspired by tgif challenge to case your favorite...I was inpsired by Kaitlyn's card here. I did not used the titled panels, but I soooo luv that feature! I did keep with the sponging, ink splatter, and the word. I have linked up the challenges I played along with...have a wonderful Monday...think positive, FriYAY is only five days away!

playing along with a scs challenge today, I had fun with this one...it is all about tim holtz....I went girly though....teehehehe. If only I never had to work, I could get so much creating done...sigh. I have used favorite stencil from simon says stamp, it is the retired dots and lines. The flowers are cut from an mft die, called blueprints 5. The sentiment is from the simon stamp set, handwritten floral greetings....completed with twine and gemstones.

I have played along with day 3 of the prima marketing watercolor challenge, check it out; day 3 is to use polka dots. I have free handed the polka dots with the red ink from the prima classics. These inks come in an adorable tin and can easily be color coded, You can see mine on my IG, here. The love is a rub on, sooo gorgeous! Played along with a couple of challenges, enjoying my week off and getting a lot of creating and cleaning done...YAY...a double whammy!

There is nothing better that YOU....I am honored by your comments and encouragement! I feel so very blessed and I luv to share with YOU my readers. I am starting early with the birthday month giveaways. Next month is my birthday month and I always have a giveaway every week of the month....for my birthday I like to share my goodness with YOU! I have played along with the prima marketing 30 day color challenge, this is day 2 blending...I am still learning to use my prima paints. I have used the altenew flower and prima pencils for this challenge!

To start the giveaway, I am giving away lots of old Verve stamps, only because I need to make room and clear out...I am extremely neat and must keep things moving! This is the very first time I have ever gotten rid of any of my beloved Verve....sniff, sniff. When I say beloved I mean it, these stamps are highly stained and used. The picture below is what's up for grabs, two different people will get one of each of the stacks. You must leave a message sharing with me something NEW you want to try and how to get in touch with you. You have until Wednesday June 29 at 6:00PM EST to leave a message. This week it is all about shimmer for the simon says stamp wednesday challenge. The design team is using products from lindy's and thank you lindy's for sending me samples to use....I luv them! Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I colored the background with a flat fabio spray...it is super easy to use. You just add water to the powder that is in the bottle, shake it up, and spray. I then sprinkle one of the powders from the mermaid seashells set over top....the powder is activated when spritzed with water...so magical, fun, and oh so shimmery! It is hard to see all of the shimmer, but it is there...I luv these powders! I can't wait to see what you create this week!

a note to say hello

I have created this card using the simon says stamp july card kit...it is amazing! I have used a sheet of the sweet designer paper from pink fresh studio and then stamped the flowers from the stamp set overtop, it appears to be part of the paper...I think....I luv the simple but dramatic look! I added a twine bow and a few hero arts gemstones, a super simple card with this months card kit....pick yours up today!

Have you seen the new simon says stamp release? It is called among the stars and this awesoem rainbow die is a part of that release! I created a rainbow of my favorite colors....aquas, blues, greens, and turquoise.....my favorite rainbow! I have used the super cute casual friday tag buddies dies, shown here. I have used lots of tim holtz mini distress inks, I am so luvin the mini inks pads stored in the sweet tins. I was inpsired by this weeks tag you're it challenge!

hi friends, we are back from our vaca, you can see some pictures on my IG, here. It was truly an amazing time away! I am ready to create, I missed it when I am away, do you? I have used the amazing pineapple die from hero arts for this card.....it is awesome. I watercolored the pineapple and then used gold stickles on the tips for a little summin extra. I can't wait to see what you create!

sunday stamps-oh happy day!

It is time for another sunday stamps challenge and this time we are challenging you to some amazing colors. I had a blast with these colors, using the reverse confetti tag die...I luv this size! The flower die is from simon says stamp, it is awesome...so many options! I little watercoloring on the base of the tag and then layering of the heart, flower, and sentiment.....super fun! Be sure to check out the rest of the teams creations, these ladies are FAB!

It is all about the critters this week, I am luvin some of the adorable critter stamps paper smooches has to offer. The stamp set I used is called flap happy...sooo cute! I stamped the butterfly on watercolor paper and added orange gemstones. I used the gorgeous paper pack from penny black called golden moment. Some doodlebug twine for a sweet bow to complete my card. Super cute and fun!

hello friends, it is mojo monday time and I have a used the colors from the color q this week....luv the colors together. lots of ink splatter, gemstones and some watercoloring for my card today. I still have a stash of those old stampin up felt flowers, so I pulled one of them out and added an eneamel dot....super cute! Be sure to check out the mojo makers blogs and see what they created!
