I am sharing a card I created using some of the new release stamps from the stamp market, have you seen their amazing stamps and dies? I adore their sweet images and fun dies! I have a couple more cards coming up this week to share using the awesoem leaves in the new release. I stamped the background swirl stamp on most of the piece of card stock, but left a bit exposed. I then sponged tim holtz distressed grey ink overtop the stamped swirl. I heat embossed both the happy and the hello and tied with twine....a fun background stamp with lots of possibilities!

hello friends, I so luv this weeks colors...eeep! I am a big fan of pink and orange together...so fun, cheery, happy, and bright! I have created a watercolor splash background using two different tim holtz distress inks. I then reached for my little container of leftover flowers...eep and pulled together different ones to make a fun flowery bloom! The chipboard sentiment os from tim holtz and I added simon says stamp clear sequins. I can't wait to see what you do with these colors...have fun!

good morning it is my turn to host a falliday challenge and I have chosen the gorgoeus mood board/inspiration photo for us to use. I found louise's blog on pinteret and have been ooohhing and aaahhing over here inspiration since! I could make cards all day long based on her boards! I have used the awesome bold joy sentiment from concord & 9th and the darlin tree from reverse confetti. I used simon says stamp gold embossing powder, so gorgeous. I also used the simon says stamp falling snow stencil with wendy vecchi embossing paste. I can't wait to see what you create!

good morning, I am sharing a card I created for several fun challenges; I have used the amazing stamps and dies from concord & 9th. I luv the butterfly/flower dies that are in this set called floral and flutter die. I watercolored the background using my new daniel smith watercolors paints..they are so rich and creamy! I little black under the butterfly die cut to show the butterfly, it is cut with silver glimmer paper...total luv! A sweet sentiment and a few gems are enough to make you smile!

crazy awesome

I am luvin this crazy awesome stamp set from concord & 9th...it is amazing! I watercolored the background using my new prima confection pastel dreams watercolor pans. I then painted in the "crazy" and added a an extra line of black to make it pop. I then added stickles on the outside for a little sparkle. A super fun card to create!

Another fun card for the dare to get dirty challenges at scs, I luv the dare to get dirty week...so many awesoem challenges and chatting...sure hope you play along! I have used ink splatter, watercoloring, paste embossing, and gems...super cute, pink, and girly...fun! I sponged the chipboard heart from heidi swapp these are from way back when...you know I luv my hearts, so I have been hoarding them...teeehehehe. Sticker sentiment again...luv!

Have you seen the Simon Says Stamp STAMPtember® release, I so luv this gorgeous snowflake that was release along with the amazing script sentiment...luv this set too! I have used sticky glitter paper and adhered it to the fun foam and cut out the snowflake. I used a water color smash on the tag, luv how it turned out. I used a little embossing paste...luv using this! A few gems and glossy accents dots covered in glitter. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

WOW, what fun colors, I had a blast; but of course they are all in the color family I LUV...YIPPIE! I used the can you case it sketch, super duper fun, luv the simple CAS look of the sketch but it also has so many options. The butterfly and sentiment are from the simon says stamp set bitty butterflies. I added an embossed background and ink splatter. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

I am using Simon Says Stamp July card kit for this card, what fun...isn't the little sailboat adorable? I also played along with several challenges listed below. I have used my Zig watercolor markers to color the sailboat and clouds. I also added glitz glitter to the clouds....I gotta have that shimmer...lol. Hope you have an amazing long weekend planned. I have played along with the fusion sketch and the inspiration from curtain call. I started with a piece of watercolor paper and aded different inks to get the color I wanted. I then added fine glitter ritz glitter , it is super shiny IRL...hard to see in photo. And, yes I used the heart die again from Simon Says Stamp...I luv this die and there is a star with the same concept. Add a little glimmer to your life...sparkle & shine!

heartfelt sympathy

Hello friends, it has been an amazing weekend so far and it is not over yet...YAY! We went in the ole truck(72' chevy...we luv it) to get strawberries, I made jam...yummy! We had a yard sale Saturday morning then took a ride on the motorcycle across the mountain to eat and do a little shopping. I have been soooo exited to get in my studio and create, I have so many new goodies to use! I have used the Lil' Inker flower set...so sweet for today's card. I have been grouting tile the last two days, let's just say I would rather been making cards...*grin*.  We have almost completed the kitchen/open floor plan make over, I will share some photos soon. I have created a CAS card, I have used Wendy Vecchi embossing paste again...lol..I luv using it; it adds so much texture. The Chevron design is a Memory Box stencil. I used the sweet Vine die from Memory Box too. I added a few gems and a few drops of Glossy Accents. I can't wait to see what you create this week....sparkle & shine!
