hello friends, it is time for the mojo monday sketch. It is a five monday month and julee changes it up a bit with a different shaped sketch. This week it is a square sketch, although I kept mine a2. I have used the verve jotted heart die for my heart shape and then sticker letters for the cute hb sentiment. The polka dotted stripes are washi tape and then I used mustard seed ink by tim hotlz for the watercolor splash background. A few gems and twine bring it all together....have a super great monday!

sunday stamps-happy birthday

hi friends and happy sunday! What amazing colors we are sharing at the sunday stamps challenge blog today...I luv'em! I have used the super fun sketch from cas(e) this sketch and paired with these colors I thnk it looks rather cute! I have also used one of my all time favorite stamp sets, it is from reverse confetti and it is called blooms n' buds with the confetti cuts. I have used the adorable heart and bicycle stamp from carabella, these two are so sweet. I made a pathway of hearts for my little bicycle to ride on...now that is my kinda of pathway. I added a little embossing paste and a stencil, a watercolored background and the twine. The sentiment is a sticker from dear lizzy.  Some clear sequins for a little shine and texture. I can't wait to see what you create this week!

For today's mojo monday sketch, I have used my new coliro watercolor paints for the background...it is very shimmery IRL.  I have used some black and white washi tape with this color and a gold verve heart that has been die cut using tim holtz gold glimmer paper. Some black twine and gold sequins finish my card. Hope you have an awesome day!

Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge, we are creating anything but a card this week. The design team is using products from we r memory keepers. Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I have created a shaker...eeeccckkkk. I am so shaker challenged, but used the fuse tool with clear fusable sheets and created an adorable shaker pack and paired it with the sweet shaker tag embellie. I also used the letter embossing folder from we r memory keepers and then painted only the letters L O V E....I then added all sorts of sequins and beads for a fun shaker. The tab was created using the tab punch and the word love is from a hero arts set. The bag has a couple cards and envies inside for the perfect gift. I can't wait to see what you create!

mojo monday/mojo480 - hello

hello frineds, I am sharing today's mojo monday sketch paired with last weeks color throwdown colors. I have used an adorable echo park die that includes the flower, the leaves, and the word die...isn't it adorable? I used a watercolor splash background, added some ink splatter, and the sweet striped heart that was lying on my desk and then the clear pretty pink posh sequins. Hope you have a super fun week, be sure to make time to create!

sunday stamps - love on valentines day

I have created a little funky pastel mixed media design on my card; I have used heavy body paints from dina wakley, so fun to work with. I then cut out some heart using a black & white striped designer paper. The sentiment is from a new simon says stamp new release hey love. I also tilted the base panels for a little added fun! I can't wait to see what you create with this weeks sunday stamps sketch!

I have created a fun card using the lawn fawn stamp set called winter penguin. I adore the sweet heart created by his skates. I have used the falling snow stencil from simon says stamp for a snowy background. I have played along with the fusion challenge, so my inspiration for this card was pulled from the sketch and photo. Can't wait to see what you create!

It is mojo monday time again friends and I have played along with the color throwdown challenge...these colors are stunning! I have used the big pretty flower rom the verve set, kindness matters. I used little tidbits of scraps lying on my desk for this card. I watercolor the flower and then added some nuvo to the center. I also used taylored expression felt for the leaves, I luv the felt from taylored expressions...so awesome! Had to play along with a few sweet challenges. totally luv the color combo from stampin royalty....super awesome for red flowers. I adore this set from reverse confetti, one of my all time favorite flower sets.... blooms n buds. I know, I know; I have a lot of all time favorites....I do really...if I say it is a favorite it really is! The sentiment is mama elephant, blessed set. The watercolor background is prima watercolor confection pans....my favorite...teehehehe. happy weekend my friends!

I have used the new to me and new to simon says stamp heart stencil, luv the sweet hearts. I added pink ink from prima confections pan to give it a sweet pink color. I added the sentiment cut from the die in the set kristina's love stamp and dies set. I also added a black ink dot in each hearts corner for a little something extra without adding gems. A easy card to replicate for valentine's.

mojo monday/mojo478 - you've been on my heart

I am luvin card making this time of year, it is probably my favorite cards to create....anything with hearts! I created a little watercolor background and then added the amazing lil 'inker stitched heart die cut; double cut to crate the center. The sentiment is from verve set potter's clay. The cute round circle sentiment, with love is a woodies stamp. Of course I adde a few gemstones...happy day!

sunday stamps- thanks

A one layer card for me today using the colors from sunday stamps and the sketch from freshly made sketches and kept it super CAS. I have used the gorgeous flower from the concord & 9th set called you are enough. I have used prima confection watercolors for the background and tim holtz distress inks. Adding more thank you cards to my stash, actually I need a lot of varieties added to my stash. I sure hope you have a happy new year and have lots of things on your agenda....I know I luv new beginnings and look forward to what the newness has to offer!
