Stacey's Jewelry Color Challenge-Cameo Coral Chip #22

I created this card for Stacey's Jewelry Challenge #22, I used my new SU Daisies Flower #2 to cut out the flowers and layered them, I also sponged them with chocolate chip ink. I used three different punches to layer the sentiment, it is SU. The adorable dragonfly is from
Sweet N' Sassy Stamps and it is from the set called Pond Pals, you got to check out this adorable set it has the cutest pond friends and sentiments, I luv this set! I also want to share something else I discovered, I luv the concept of the Build a Brad from SU. But, I also must say that I do not like the little clear thingy they give you to put on top of your brad to give the finished look. It will not stay on and if you try to glue or push it on it loses it shiny finish and will get your thumb print on the clear thing. I have been adding SU's crystal effects on top of the brad instead of the clear thing and I really like the shiny look it gives. You won't have to worry about it falling off. I hope you enjoy your Friday and try the SU crystal effects on the Build a Brad

This set has so many fabulous stamps for the coffee luver...I luv it! I stamped in chocolate chip, colored the mugs with pumpkin pie, and added the hearts to the center of the mugs. The hearts are popped up on pop dots. I added hero Arts orange gemstone bling to the scalloped bottom, I also added some brads from American Crafts called chestnut. I added chocolate ribbon tied to the side and I also stamped three mugs accross the bottom on the inside. I hope you enjoy a cup of joe today!

I luvd Bethany's creation, the Memory Game . I used mainly Verve stamps and the SU heart punch, to make my twelve pairs of matching 2"x 3" cards and the little storage box. I had to change the demensions on my box because I used a very heavy cardstock to glue my panels onto. I hope this brings back enjoyable memories!

Trying To Keep It Clean & Simple

I had a very hard time keeping my card clean and simple for the LSC205. What I find so funny about not being able to keep it CAS, is that I do not like clutter around my house or surrendings. I have been called by many as "neat". But, when I am making cards I like more most of the time over less, I do luv less but I can't seem to make CAS cards. Now to the card, this fabulous Bella came from Karolyn check out her wonderful blog and show some luv! I colored my Bella and ran her through the top die, layered her on riding hood red cs, and then punched out the sentiment. I wanted to add so much more. Enjoy your weekend! It is SuperBowl weekend, great football(I luv football) and food(I luv food, too..hehehe)....yeah!

Joy For Mourning*~*2 Cards In One

I created this card for todays sketch at SCS, go to SC213 to see all the creations. I have been designing the insides of my cards lately and I luv it, but I saw this card created by Michelle Woerner and about fell out the chair.....I luv how the inside looks like a card in itself....WOW! The completion time for one card just got longer....lol....I do think it is worth it though. You might want to send cards like this to people you know will appreciate it. I have made this card for a friend, her daughter died. It was a tragic death...I hope to bring a small amount of comfort to her. I used chocolate chip, baja breeze, white, and baja dp. I used chocolate chip ribbon, dew drops, and did some sponging on the cuttlebug embossing flowers. The stamps are Verve. I hope you enjoy this and try a 2 cards in one creation!

I used a deep Bazzil chocolate cs, vanilla cs, and American Crafts dp #34176. I ran the smaller side piece through the CB textile texture folder and sponged with Tim Holtz vintage photo distressing ink and chocolate chip ink. I double stamped the flowers, cut them out, added five small diamond gems to each of the centers, and added pop dots. Stacey's Jewelry Color Challenge-Satsuma #21

I created this for Staceys Jewelry Color Challenge #21 it is one of my favorites...hehehe... even though I just discovered it...I have known Stacey and admired her work but just learned of her jewelry challenge. If you luv jewelry and stampin then this is for you. The colors she gives are old olive, tangerine tango, baja breeze, and white. I am thrilled with how this ten minute card turned out. This is also the sketch from this Clean & Simple Blog, I tell ya if you got the time there are numerous challenges to tackle. I used SU dp in the old oilve and tangerine tango colors, layered it on baja breeze, tied it with baja ribbon, and added the curly label embossed punches. Sentiment is Verve. Enjoy your evening!

FS103 Love You Much Vicky!

I created this card for todays FS103 the fabulous Vicky Gould, her gallery is amazing...check it out and play along and show her some love. I used the front of one card and the inside of another. I used SU Love You Much set, so adorable. I stamped and raised the little birds, I put just dots on the inside of the letters instead of coloring complete. I used my favorite invention the top die, Martha twill ribbon, a brad to the center of the flower. Then I made the little springy thing for the inside using the same set. I hope you enjoy this sweet little card!

ATC Scripture Challenge Beauty & Waiting

I created these ATC's for the SCRC209 the words this week are Beauty and Wait. There are some challegnes that you just luv, well the ATC scripture challenge is one of my favorites. I know your thinking she has alot of favorites...hehehe..yea, I do. I am not sure if I could name a top three, but I can name a top ten.....lol...that is good, there are lots of fabulous challenges out there. It is not to late to start this one and you can do any project that you want. Patter has done an outstanding job bringing us the scripture challenges. I used 1 Chronicles 16:29 for Beauty....beauty to our Lord is not outward beauty, He sees the beauty of our heart. I want my heart to be beautiful to God and to others! I used Psalm 37:34 for Wait...waiting is one of the hardest things for us to do. If we are waiting it is only because God has something better that we can't see for ourselves...Gods best always comes after a wait! Amen. Enjoy your day! Don't forget to come back tomorrow morning to see the fabulous Mojo Monday Sketch! another one of my favorites....hehehe!

Wishing You Well

I created this for todays IC164, there are so many beautiful calendars on the Lang site. I am not sure I like the way my card turned out, but I am sending it to a coworker so I hope she sees the thought. I used SU chocolate chip, baja breeze, vanilla, and baja breeze dp. I used the wide chocolate ribbon tied with hemp, I colored the white threading in the ribbon with a chocoalte chip marker so that it makes it chocolate on chocolate. I used the vanilla hph, stamped the Hero Arts tree onto the baja breze dp, and then I double stamped the Verve filgree on the top of the vanilla dp. I finished it off by stamping on the inside too. I hope you enjoy it!

His Holy Name-Sovereign

I created this album page for His Holy Name Challenge, the name this week is "sovereign". You can learn more here HHN09. I used baja breeze patttern paper, added ribbon for the stems of the flowers, the flowers are leather, I added a brad to the center of each one. The word sovereign is letter rub-ons, I punched holes in the top die side and then went back and cut each one with scisssors to make it look like it came from a notebook. The awesome Susan aka one4joy used this technique and I luvd it...thanks Susan! I hope you enjoy it and will consider playing along, it will be fabulous to see the end results.
