Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge, it is party time, so let;s see your party time cards. I have used the sweet balloons from the birthday bits set and watercolored them with daniel smith watercolor ink. I luv her inks, they are so vibrant and smooth! I added a little stickles to the balloons and then some dr. ph martins pen white ink, I luv this ink for splattering. It is a bold white and dries quickly. I have used becky higgins designer paper for the plaid background and a black card stock base. I can't wait to see what you create for this weeks party time challenge.
