good morning friends, it is time for another sunday stamps challenge and this week we have a sketch for you..it is a taller sketch. I have created a 4bar sized card, cut a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 card stock to 3 1/2 x 9 3/4 and then score on the long side at 4 7/8...I like the way this size stands for a darlin flip up card. I have played along with the tic, tac toe challenge too. I have used the top row, my accent is the sweet flip flops die cut from a lil inker die. The blue watercolored background and that is my coloring. The thank you sentiment is from concord & 9th, a great size. I can't wait to see what you create!

mojo monday/mojo499-spread kindness

I cute square sketch this week to work with, but I have made mine a 4bar sized card...I am on that kick now! Here are the instructions for a 4bar sized card....Cut a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 card stock to 3 1/2 x 9 3/4 and then score on the long side at 4 7/8...I like the way this size stands for a darlin flip up card. This stamp set is from the jun simon says stamp card kit called floral bliss. I sponged the flowers with tim holtz ink and then added stickles and a few clear droplets. The papers are from the june simon says stamp card kit too....echo park wedding bliss.

A sweet little 4bar one layer card for a couple of challenges listed below. If you are interested in how to achieve a 4bar sized card here are the measurements. Cut a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 card stock to 3 1/2 x 9 3/4 and then score on the long side at 4 7/8...I like the way this size stands for a darlin flip up card. A watercolored splash background, a big ole' thank you sentiment and several sweet pink flowers equal fun! The sentiment and flowers are from a fabulous and popular concord and 9th set called thank you. Hope you have a wonderful weekend, I am working all weekend...sigh...counting the days(weeks) until vaca!

I have used the sketch from atlantic sketches and paired it with the yummy lemony colors from this weeks sunday stamps challenge! I hope you are playing along with us every other week, we alternate the challenge between colors and a sketch...lots of fun! I have used the gorgeous stamp set from the stamp market for my card today and made it a 4 bar sized card, so you can see how perfectly the flower fits on this size card...I luv the sweet size. I have created several other 4 bar sized cards, scroll my blog to see the others. To achieve the size I cut a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 card stock to 3 1/2 x 9 3/4 and then score on the long side at 4 7/8....I like the taller sized cards...so, so cute!

Hello and welcome to this weeks simon says stamp wednesday challenge, we are challenging you to a color/mood board...see below. I was drawn to the flowers and colors for my card. The design team is spotlighting products from lawn fawn. Don't forgot every week at Simon Says Stamp we give away a $50 voucher...wooohooo....now that is worth playing for!

I have used a 4bar sized card, this is a sweet little sized card,but of course I still want the top layer to flip up. To achieve the 4bar size card I cut a piece of 8 1/2 x 11 piece os simon says stamp 120lb card stock at 3 1/2 x 9 3/4 and score on 4 7/8. I have watercolored the cute flowers with ,my zig clean color brush markers and then went over with the pastel pink crafter's companion sparkle pen. I stamped the dots using a polka dotted strip stamp from the deck the halls set. Super cute card and size, I can't wait to see what you create!
